St Cynin’s Church was a medieval chapel. Llangynin became a parish in 1833. The building is Grade II listed, with parts of the structure dating to the late 13th or early 14th century. Details of services may be found on its, regularly updated, Facebook page.

IMPORTANT: The council's annual return for year ending 31 March 2025 has been audited by Audit Wales. You have a right to inspect. The annual return and the notice informing you of the times when the audited annual return may be inspected may be found in the Finance Section of the website.  They are also pinned on the notice board. Any problems please email the clerk.

Community council meetings are on the second Tuesday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November).
